About Us
The Forest of Dean Chair Cover hire company provides chair covers, sashes and the extras you require to transform your venue for weddings, christenings, birthday and Anniversary parties and all other events and occasions adding a touch of class.
Set up and run by myself, Hannah Woodhouse and my sister Jane Griffiths in 2011, we supply a complete venue dressing service for weddings and all other occasions throughout the Forest of Dean, Coleford, Cinderford, Lydney, Newent, Cheptsow, Gloucestershire, Cheltenham, Herefordshire, Monmouthshire, Bristol, Stroud and surrounding areas. In 2016 we were voted best venue dressers in Gloucestershire and also the Overall award in 3 Counties wedding awards!
Our affordable covers give an elegant, stylish and sophisticated appearance, they will transform and uplift any room adding that touch of class. Our lively team will fit and remove the covers leaving you to concentrate on the more important things, and to enjoy your day.
We can supply spandex and poly cotton chair covers with a sash in the colour and material of your choice, with table runners and swags to match. We are also able to offer other linen products such as napkins and table cloths if required - contact them for availability. As well as offering table decoration and event props to make your day all that more special we also over balloon decoration, garden games and much much more!
Based in Lydbrook, we cover the local area of The Forest of Dean including Coleford, Cinderford and Lydney and Newent and surrounding areas as well as venues further afield in Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Monmouthshire, Stroud and surrounding areas. Get in touch and will advise if a fuel surcharge applies to your venue.
We have also recently added a number stunning replica Royal Mail Post Boxes which you can Hire to keep all of your cards and gifts safe in, sweetcarts, backdrops and many other props and hire items.

Just wanted to say a MASSIVE thank you to hannah for providing such an amazing chair cover and sash service, i ordered 54 chair covers for my wedding last Saturday ( 22nd August) hannah went out of her way dropping the chair covers to me and collecting them after the wedding, the covers were clean and extremely easy to set up ( we decided to set the chair covers up ourselves as it was only £1 per chair cover and sash!)
